Ingredients: 4 to 5 large Granny Smith Apples; 3 tbsp butter; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 2 to 3 droppers stevia; -------------------; 3/4 cup gf flour; 1/4 tsp xanthan gum; 1 scoop stevia; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 eggs; 1 cup milk; ----------------; 1 cup heavy cream; 1/2 cup fluffy stevia; 1/8 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1/2 tsp lemon juice; Instructions:; peel and slice apples. cook in skillet with butter until apples are softened and brownish. add stevia and cinnamon. whisk together flour through milk for pancake, pour over apples and bake for 20 min. at 425℉until puffy and golden.; while baking, make sauce.; whisk together cream through lemon juice and simmer till thickened. serve on pancake
