First slice the chicken into thin strips then marinate with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix and marinate for as long as possible.

Next slice all the vegetables and cook the noodles according to pack instructions. I boiled and simmered in a pot of water for 4-5 mins. Drain and set aside.

Get a pan on medium heat, add cooking spray then cook the chicken for 6-8 mins till golden brown then set aside.

In the same pan, add sliced onion, bell pepper and green onion. Stir fry for 5 mins then add minced ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and cooked noodles. Mix till well combined.

Add the cooked chicken with bean sprouts, mix again then garnish with sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Distribute into 4 equal servings and ENJOY!
