First slice your chicken thighs into bite size pieces then add fresh minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well and let it marinate for as long as you can.

Soak your wooden skewers in water before skewering the chicken pieces and placing on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the chicken for 30 mins till golden brown and juicy! You can also air fry for 18 mins.

Next make the lemon pepper sauce with light mayo, sriracha, salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice. Use a whisk to mix to make the sauce extra smooth.

All that is left is grab the Lebanese flatbread (or any other wraps) add shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, tomato, the juicy chicken and a generous amount of lemon pepper sauce and ENJOY!

Let the chicken marinate for 30 mins or more.

Place the chicken onto skewers.

Oven for 30 mins at 200°C or air fry for 18 mins at 200°C.

You can brush some melted light butter over the chicken before cooking.
