Notes
I made it soaking the oil in the sugars for 30+ minutes; used 1/2 cup each Turbinado/granulated sugar in place of 1 cup granulated sugar. I skipped the chia and flax seed. 15 oz cans of pumpkin pure are about 1.75 cups instead of 2 cups.
