Heat your cooktop to medium high heat and apply a thin layer of oil.

Place the meat on one side of cooktop.

Place the frozen tortellini on the other side leaving the middle for your veggies. You do not need to boil the tortellini beforehand!

Cook the sausage for about 3-5 minutes. Drizzle with some oil and move it around constantly.

Cook the tortellini the same except use water instead of oil. Cover the tortellini with a lid for a few minutes to steam.

Add the onions and peppers in the middle of the grill. Drizzle with oil or steam with water, your choice. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and continue cooking another 2 minutes.

Combine the meat, tortellini and veggies. Season with salt and pepper to taste or add your favorite stirfry sauce. Cook another 1-2 minutes.

Turn the heat to the LOWEST setting.

Add the spinach to the rest of the ingredients. Cook until the spinach has cooked down.

Add mozzarella balls. Fold them in the mixture until they start to melt. Remove from heat.
