Drizzle olive oil over each side of the chicken breast.

Place chicken breast in a gallon sized baggie, using a meat mallet pound out the chicken until it is a thin.

Remove the chicken and place on a plate. Season, very well, each side with poultry seasoning or your choice of seasonings and/or rubs.

In a frying pan drizzle olive oil, place the chicken breast in the frying pan and cook on med heat until no longer pink in the middle, flipping the chicken have way to sear both sides of the chicken.

On a large cutting board or tray add lettuce, red onion and tomato. Sprinkle the ranch powder over the top of the veggies. Top with the cooked and slightly cooled chicken.

Roughly chop the chicken and veggies. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top. Continue chopping until it is all finely chopped and well combined. Drizzle hot sauce over the top, to your taste (optional) and mix to combine well. Set aside.

On a baking sheet, place the sub rolls (opened) and brush melted garlic butter over the entire opened rolls. On one side of each roll place two slices of provolone cheese.

Place in oven on broil and cook a few minutes until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

Top the cheese with chicken ranch mixture for each roll. Drizzle extra ranch dressing over the top (optional).
