Prep the Pan
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

Cook the Meat:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
Add taco seasoning and cook until fully coated and fragrant.

Fill the Cups:
Press 1 wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Add a spoonful of seasoned meat into each wonton cup. Place a second wonton wrapper on top of the meat.
Add shredded cheese on top.

Bake:
Bake 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden

Finish & Serve:
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or jalapeños.
Serve immediately while crispy.
