Lora's comment: I couldn't get these to crisp up like I thought they should be. That may be because mine were too thick. But I ended up dehydrating these at 200F for 2 hours and that worked!

2nd try had the right crispness - I do think I had them too thick and maybe too much water. I would double the salt next time though.
