Slice your chicken breasts into thinner fillets, then season with all the spices listed and olive oil. Make sure you season both sides adequately.

Get a pan on medium heat and cook the chicken for 5 mins each side till golden brown then set aside.

In the same pan add chopped onion & bell pepper. Cook for 2 mins then on low heat add tomato paste, milk, cream cheese, pasta water and peri peri sauce. Use a whisk to stir till well combined.

Mix till it thickens a little bit then add the cooked penne pasta. Give it a final mix and place the sliced chicken breasts on top. Serve and enjoy!
