Mix the Special Big Mac Sauce
1. In a small bowl, combine:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup chopped pickles
1/2 finely diced onion
1/2 tsp onion powder
2. Stir well until smooth, then set aside in the fridge while you cook the beef.

Cook the Ground Beef
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add 1 lb lean ground beef and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until browned and no longer pink (about 6–8 minutes).
3. Drain any excess grease if needed.
4. Stir in 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, along with onion powder and salt to taste. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Bowls
1. Base: Divide the chopped lettuce evenly into your serving bowls.
2. Layers: Top with diced tomatoes, a generous scoop of crispy potatoes, and the seasoned ground beef.
3. Finish: Drizzle the homemade Big Mac sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
