Rice in instant pot
3 3/4 cup rice
3 3/4 cup water
Rinse the rice in water
Drain well
Put rice in instant pot, and add cold water
High pressure cook 2 minutes
After cooking, leave for fifteen minutes
Release manually
Fluff rice and serve
For sushi rice, add the sushi vinegar
