if you have old fashioned oats, you'll need to gently pulse them down so they're closer to quick oats. Since we use a small ninja blender, I'll pulse 1 cup at a time until the oats are at least halved or quartered. If you have quick oats, you can skip this step.

Take 3/4 cup of the pulsed oats and continue to blend until it's flour-like.

Add in other ingrediets into a bowl, and divide into 4 zip-lock bags

TO MAKE OATMEAL:
add 1 cup hot water (depends on how thick or thin you like your oatmeal)
