Slice your chicken breast into strips then add garlic, oregano, paprika, onion powder, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well!

Get a pan on medium heat, use cooking spray or olive oil then cook the chicken for 3-4 mins each side till golden brown.

Make the spicy sauce by combining in a bowl, fat free yogurt, sriracha, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Mix till smooth.

Grab a low calorie wrap, add a bed of shredded lettuce, the juicy chicken pieces, red onion, tomatoes and a generous amount of the spicy sauce then optional toast the wrap and ENJOY!
