Layer Slow Cooker: Place the chopped onions and carrots on the bottom of a 6-quart (or larger) slow cooker.

Add Pork & Liquid: Place the seasoned pork on top of the vegetables. Pour in 1 ½ cups of beef broth and the 4 Tablespoons of vinegar.
