Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, add shredded chicken, 4 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, cumin, and chili powder. Mix until well blended.

In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour, chicken broth, green chilies. Add 4 oz. cream cheese. Cook until cream cheese is melted. whisking constantly until everything is melted and well combined. Remove from heat.

On a flour tortilla, spread out some of the chicken mixture across the center. Fold the tortilla and place in a 9x13 baking dish, seam side down. Continue until the baking dish is full.

Pour the cream cheese sauce over the top of the enchiladas. Sprinkle 1 cup Mexican blend cheese over the top.

Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
