In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and egg.

Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix everything until just combined — be careful not to overwork it.

Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 2 inches in size.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, cooking for about 3–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.

While the meatballs are cooking, warm the marinara sauce in a separate pot over medium-low heat.

Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and let them simmer for around 15 minutes to soak up that rich flavor.
