Sauce For Chicken

Vegetable

Hanjuku Egg Marinade

Steps

1
Cut chicken into bite size, marinate chicken with the ingredients listed for minimally half an hour
2
Coat chicken lightly in potato starch right before air frying. 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes, flip halfway. (Do it in batches to avoid overcrowding)
3
Pour the Hanjuku Egg marinade into a separate pan, heat it until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a heat-proof container. Boil eggs to desired doneness in water. Once peeled, put it in the container with the marinade and put a paper towel on top to make sure the eggs are submerged in the marinade.
4
Stir fry the vegetable, add the seasonings above when it's half cooked.
5
Stir fry garlic until fragrant, pour the sauces into the pan. Once its bubbling, add in the air-fried chicken and cook until the sauce is thickened/chicken is covered. (The potato starch on the chicken will thicken the sauce, trust the process :D)
6
Plate and serve!
