Prepare the Whipped Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Make the Cream Filling:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add 1 cup of whipped cream to the cream cheese and gently fold it together to make a light, creamy filling.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Assemble the Layers:
In a 9×9-inch baking dish or similar, spread a thin layer of the cream filling at the bottom to prevent sticking.
Place a layer of graham crackers or ladyfingers over the cream.
Spread a layer of lemon curd on top of the crackers, followed by a layer of the cream filling.
Repeat the layers (crackers, lemon curd, cream filling) until all ingredients are used, ending with the cream filling as the top layer.

Chill:
Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set and soften.

Garnish and Serve:
Before serving, top the dessert with fresh raspberries and lemon zest for added flavor and a pop of color.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
