1 1/2 tsp cumin

generous1/8 tsp Cayenne

3 cups nuts ( 2 pecans 1 walnuts)

2 tbsp erythrol

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

melt butter, add spices cook 1 min.

stir in nuts. Pour onto parchment lined 15x10 pan. bake at 300° for 25 min. stirring once in the middle.
