Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter; 1 1/2 tsp cumin; generous1/8 tsp Cayenne; 3 cups nuts ( 2 pecans 1 walnuts); 2 tbsp erythrol; 1/2 tsp salt; Instructions:; melt butter, add spices cook 1 min.; stir in nuts. Pour onto parchment lined 15x10 pan. bake at 300° for 25 min. stirring once in the middle.
