Ezekiel Flour

Mill the Flour using the Ezekiel Flour ingredients above

Add milk and butter in a sauce pan and gently heat until the butter is almost melted.

Add Dry ingredients to the flour

Add wet ingredients to the flour, trying not to overmix but make sure the flour is fully incorporated

Let the batter rest for around 20 minutes to allow the moisture to be absorbed into the flour.

Preheat your waffle iron

Add more water if need be to get your mix to the right consistency. I will usually have to add 1/2 to 1 cup extra water.

Ladle the batter into your waffle iron and follow directions for your unit. Repeat until all the batter has made some amazing waflles

Serve waffles warm with butter and maple syrup or powdered sugar or homemade whipped cream and strawberries.
