Pour the yogurt in a med sized mixing bowl. Sprinkle the pudding mix on top. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the cool whip to the yogurt mixture. Keep mixing until well combined.

Place a few of the cookies in a baggie and crush/crumble them.

In a casserole dish (or individual dessert bowls) place a layer of cookies, top with half the pudding mixture, smooth the top. Repeat layers. Top with cookie crumbles.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
