Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the salmon fillets on top and spread the Sticky Chilli Ginger Marinade over the top of the fillets. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

In the meantime, make a dressing by using a mortar and pestle to pound the garlic and chillies to a rough paste. Then add the palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Place the cabbage, carrot and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing then toss until well combined. Divide between serving plates and top with a piece of salmon. Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing over.
