mix your sauce

smoosh your meat onto your taco and season with salt and pepper - you can season with whatever you goddamn like, IDGAF but just season it.

heat your pan on medium heat with oil of your choice

put taco meat side down - cook until browned and crispy

flip taco and cook the other side of the shell - but not too cripsy, you still want to be able to fold it. if you like you can put cheese on the meat side now and melt it!

add whatever veggie toppings you like
shredded lettuce
tomato
whatever else you want.
