First cut your chicken breast into cubes then season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder. To make it crispy add cornflour and baking powder. Mix till each piece is well coated.

Get a pan on high heat, spray cooking spray or olive oil then cook for 3-4 mins on each side till golden and crispy. Once cooked set aside on a paper towel.

In the same pan add chopped garlic, ginger with chilli flakes and cook on low heat for 1 min then add orange juice, soy sauce, honey and orange zest.

Mix well then bring to a boil and reduce the sauce for 3-4 mins before adding cornflour/cornstarch mixed with water. Let that thicken then add the crispy chicken back in, give it a good mix.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion, serve with hot rice and ENJOY!
