Cassava Flour Bundt Cake

Can be made dairy free and refined sugar free. Needs a higher amount of sugar when using olive oil and spices. If adding fruit may not need to be as sweet.

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a small Bundt pan.
In one bowl whisk dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk eggs and then add other wet ingredients.
Serve together just until combined. Fold in optional add-ons.
Fill pan to 3/4 full.
Bakit for 22 to 27 minutes until golden Brown and toothpick tests clean.
Let cool in pants 10 to 15 minutes, then turn out and cool completely.

Optional glaze
3 tablespoons melted butter with one and a half tablespoon maple syrup and a splash of lemon juice

Or just drizzle with maple syrup
