Prepare the chicken:
In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat.

Cook the chicken:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the wraps:
Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Prepare the cheese sauce:
In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

Mix the Cheese Sauce with the chicken.

Prepare:
Put a layer of spinach on top of a Tortilla, then a layer of the cheese and chicken, follow with Diced tomatoes and a spritz of lime juice.

Cook:
Cook wraps in pan with olive or vegetable oil, Lightly brown both sides.
In a separate pan mix your onions, bell peppers, banana peppers, and garlic and saute veggies.

Serve and Enjoy:
Serve wraps with sauteed veggies on the side and Enjoy!
