Cook the pasta:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely. Set aside.

Prep the mix-ins:
While the pasta cools, chop the rotisserie chicken, shred or chop the romaine lettuce, dice the cooked bacon, shred the cheddar cheese, and slice the green onions.

Assemble the salad:
In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, green onions, and romaine lettuce.

Add the dressing:
Pour in ¾ cup dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated. Add more dressing if desired.

Chill & serve:
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to let the flavors come together. Give it a quick toss before serving.
