Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While pasta cooks, season chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet (or a separate large pot), add chicken broth, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth.

Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and fully incorporated into the sauce.

Add the cooked and drained bowtie pasta to the cheese sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Serve the cheesy bowtie pasta alongside the cooked garlic butter chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
