Steps

Cube up steak, onion and potatoes.

Season steak with whatever you want. I like this garlic butter herb seasoning.

Heat up a cast iron skillet and put olive oil in to fill pan.

Cook steak until no red and some crusting.

Remove steak and put potatoes and onion in pan. Once softened put half a stick of butter in. Then put steak in.

For sauce in a different pan sautee mushrooms.

Add garlic and just cook for a little bit.

Pour in cream the add splash of Worcestershire.

Get sauce to simmer.

Notes
I would recommend being careful with how much olive oil and butter is used you don't want to overdo it. Last time I used a stick of butter and poured way too much olive oil in.
The little bags of potatoes are really great for this recipe but you could use bigger potatoes.
This probably will not produce many leftovers and is only suitable for two people. You would definitely want to double this if you had more people.
