Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a 9x13 baking dish, place the hash brown patties on the bottom to make a layer.

Next layer, spread the browned breakfast sausage on top of the hash brown patties.

Next layer, sprinkle the shredded Colby Jack cheese on top.

Next layer, spread out the bacon pieces across the top.

In a large bowl, crack eggs and whip until well mixed. Add sour cream, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper. Whisk until everything is well blended. Pour the egg mixture off the top of your casserole.

Bake for 30 minutes until the eggs are fluffy and done.

Top with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
