First get your chicken thighs, add garlic, paprika, black pepper, soy sauce, honey and sriracha. Mix and let this marinate for as long as you can (30 mins is great but overnight is best).

Get boiling water in a pot, add your noodles and let it simmer on low heat for 4-6 mins. Then drain and place the noodles in a pan or a bowl.

Get a pan on medium low heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken for 4-5 mins on each side. Just keep checking before turning over for the desired brown colour. Once cooked set aside to rest.

Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Then add the sauce to the warm noodles and give them a good mix till well coated.

Slice your chicken into strips (or serve whole) then place on top of the noodles, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions then distribute into 4 equal servings and ENJOY!
