put rice on. if you don't know how to make it - look it up. Also by this age you should know how to cook rice.

heat 1/4 cup of oil of your choice in a pot over medium heat

add garlic and stir well until lightly brown (only 1-2 mins) - don't let it get too brown or crispy

add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes

add spices (except Kasoori Methi), reduce heat and cook for 1-2 minutes

add coconut milk or cream of your choice stir well and add water - you choose, I honestly don't know, depends how thick/thin you like your curries

add your protein and let simmer so it heats up

if you have it this is when i add the Kasoori Methi, just before I serve

serve with rice and naan. if you don't like naan then go fuck yourself
