Cook the Black Bean in a slow cooker overnight, or until desired texture

Cook the brown rice in a rice cooker. For brown rice, proportion is 1 cup rice: 2 cup water.

Fry the minced Beef in a wok, extracting liquid fat as you go (to reduce the calories and fat of the dish). Once cooked to desired doneness, pour in the sauce mixture and stir until fully mixed.

In the wok, place 1tablespoon of fat from the minced beef and fry corn until charred.
