Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. This allows the flour particles to expand and ensures a light Crêpe.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-heat and brush lightly with melted butter, or oil.

Pour 2-3 Tbl of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to cover the bottom of the pan evenly.

Cook approx 1 minute or until browned on the bottom, turn and cook on the other side.

Transfer to plate and serve as desired.
