Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces, season with ingredients listed

Add 2-3 sprays of olive oil into a large pan/wok and add the chicken in

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce for chicken into a bowl and mixed until combined (except for the potato starch slurry)

Once chicken is cooked halfway through, add in the sauce mixture, coat well and combine

Once chicken is cooked through, add in the potato starch slurry to thicken the sauce until desired consistency

Pour the Hanjuku Egg marinade into a separate pan, heat it until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a heat-proof container. Boil eggs to desired doneness in water. Once peeled, put it in the container with the marinade and put a paper towel on top to make sure the eggs are submerged in the marinade.
