Ingredients

Steps

Slice all sausage into rounds.

Heat a large skillet and sauté sausage until browned; remove and set aside.

Add olive oil to the skillet.

Add baby yellow potatoes and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften and brown.

Add onions, peppers, carrots, and garlic; cook 5–7 minutes.

Add chopped cabbage and cook until wilted.

Return sausage to the skillet and stir everything together.

Season with salt and pepper.

Simmer 5 minutes and serve.

Notes

Cut potatoes smaller if you want them to cook faster.
Add red pepper flakes for heat.
Use green cabbage or savoy cabbage.
