Heat oil in a skillet over medium low heat

Add the garlic and sauté for one to two minutes until fragrant, not browned

Start in the capers, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Sauté another 30 seconds.

Add the lemon juice and let it simmer for one minute to reduce slightly

Season with salt and pepper. Add in fresh herb and or nutritional yeast.
Toss in zoodles
