Cut chicken into bite size pieces and garlic into desired size

Heat large pan/wok. Add in cooking Oil

Fry the chilli padi and garlic until fragrant

Add in the Chicken Fillet

Once the chicken is cooked halfway through, add in the French long beans and the sauce for chicken. Continue stir frying until the chicken is cooked

Pour the Hanjuku Egg marinade into a separate pan, heat it until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a heat-proof container. Boil eggs to desired doneness in water. Once peeled, put it in the container with the marinade and put a paper towel on top to make sure the eggs are submerged in the marinade.
