Steps

1
Prepare the base:
In a large soup pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced red onion and cook until softened and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
2
Brown the beef:
Add the stick of butter and allow it to melt completely. Stir in the ground beef sirloin, breaking it apart as it cooks. Continue stirring until the beef is mostly browned.
3
Season generously:
Add black pepper, MSG, garlic paste, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning. Stir well to coat the beef evenly.
4
Build flavor:
Once the beef is lightly browned, stir in the Kinders Bone Broth Gravy Mix. Add the fire-roasted tomatoes and the drained mixed vegetables.
5
Add the broth and simmer:
Pour in both jugs of beef broth and stir thoroughly. Turn the heat to high and bring the soup to a boil.
6
Add the potatoes and herbs:
Stir in the torn cilantro and both bags of potatoes (southern-style and redskin). Continue heating until the soup reaches a full boil. Stir constantly.
7
Finish and taste:
Once the soup boils, turn to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired — add more ranch or taco seasoning for more flavor.
