Heat the griddle to med heat.

Pour the pizza sauce in a small pan and place in one corner of the grill to warm. Stirring occasionally.

Lay the pepperonis down on the griddle. When they are all cooked scoop them off to the side.

Spread the garlic butter on each slice of garlic bread and cut each slice into half (basically quartering the original loaf). Place the bread, butter side down, on the griddle. When tossed flip to lightly toss the uncut side.

Spread the pizza sauce over the cut side of the bread. Top each with a healthy amount of cheese.

Then top with pepperoni and a little more cheese. Using a pot holder remove the sauce pan from the griddle and close the lid.

Cook until the cheese is all melted. Flip over (cheese side down) and cook for a few minutes to toast the cheese a bit.

Remove from heat and cut into half before serving.
