In large frying pan melt the butter. Add the peas and carrots and the corn. Season the veggies with salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder. Mix to well combined.

Cook these down to over med heat for a few minutes until the veggies are thawed out and soften up a little bit.

Add the cream of chicken, water and heavy whipping cream and poultry seasoning to the pan. Bring to a boil until it is bubbling.

Turn heat down to low and add the Orzo pasta. Stir to combine. Cover and simmer until the pasta is done (about 12 mins), stirring once around the 6 min mark.

Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is warmed.
