Set your griddle on medium and grease it up with @baconupbacongrease

While it’s coming to temp, form your breakfast sausage (about 1.5-2lbs) into the shape of your Hawaiian roll tray.

Add your sausage to the griddle followed by at least 7 pieces of bacon.

The bacon will be done before that big ole sausage patty so push it off into the cool zone.

Once ya flip the sausage and it almost done, turn heat to low. Then gently put down your scrambled eggs.

As they cook, form them into the shape of the sausage patty.

Kill the heat and add your cheese to top the eggs. Add all the bacon evenly on top of cheese.

Build your sliders on toasted rolls.

Cut them into individual delicious breakfast sliders.
