Method
1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (370°F), if your model requires preheating.
2. Pat the chicken dry. Mix the olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper into a paste.
3. Rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts. Do not add salt to your portion.
4. Arrange chicken in a single layer, leaving space around each piece. Cook at 190°C for about 10 minutes, turn,
then cook another 4–8 minutes. Timing depends on thickness and the air fryer.
5. Check the thickest part with a food thermometer. The chicken should reach 75°C internally. If not, continue
cooking and check again.
6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
7. Steam the broccoli or broccolini until tender.
8. Serve Tony’s chicken with 1/2-3/4 cup cooked red and brown rice and a generous serving of broccoli.
Serve yellow rice to the rest of the family.
Notes
• This family recipe uses modest olive oil and no added salt on your portion.
• Cook in batches if needed so the chicken is not crowded. Use internal temperature, not time alone, to confirm doneness.
