Prepare rice as according to package directions

While the rice is cooking, brown ground beef. Drain the excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Let simmer a few minutes or until rice is done.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spread a thin layer of refried beans on one half of a flour tortilla, top with 1/8 of the taco meat and then top with 1/8 of the rice. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top to cover the rice, and meat. Roll up into burritos and place seam side down in a greased backing dish. Repeat until all tortillas are used.

Pour on the enchilada sauce and top with remaining shredded cheese.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
