Cook the brown rice (I used 1 cup rice to 2 cup water)

Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces

Spray the pan/wok with 4 sprays of oil (hot wok, cold oil to prevent sticking), put the chicken into the wok. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through

Take the chicken out of the wok, draining any excess water (this step is key for thick sauce!)

Spray 2 sprays of oil into the wok, fry the garlic with it until fragrant. While cooking the garlic, prepare the sauce mixture in a separate bowl and combine. Once the garlic is fragrant, pour in the sauce mixture and stir until it thickens to the consistency you like

Add the chicken back in to coat with the sauce. Your chicken is now ready to serve!

Next, spray the wok with oil and fry the vegetables. Once the vegetable shrinks, add in the seasoning and cook it until the vegetable is beautifully coated with the sauce
