8 tortillas

1.5 to 2 lb chicken breast, cubed

1 red pepper, cubed

8 oz cream cheese

salsa

grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

cook chicken in lg skillet, add peppers, diced. cook a little, then add cream cheese. stir to coat. spoon into tortillas, roll up in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. pour salsa over, sprinkle with a little cheese, bake 350℉ until hour and cheese is melty.
