Preheat oven to 350 degrees with Pizza stone in the oven.

In a large bowl mix together self-rising flour with Italian seasoning until well incorporated. Then add in blended cottage cheese (or greek yogurt) and mix until a dough-like substance is formed. The dough should be sticky, but not wet. Add in extra flour as needed.

Once the dough is formed, spread a light layer of flower on a flat surface and roll out pizza dough to about 1/2 in thickness.

Once the oven reaches 350 degrees transfer dough onto the pizza stone and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The dough should have a slight golden brown color to it before removing from the oven.

Remove crust from oven and top with desired toppings and place back into the oven until melted, about 5-6 minutes. Broil for a couple minutes extra if you like a crispier pizza.
