Peel and chop the potatoes into 1-2inch cubes. Boil for around 7-9 minutes until the exterior is tender. Remove the potatoes and lightly toss so exterior gets a little muddled.

Placed the potatoes in an oiled baking pan. Add salt and pepper and bake for ~30 minutes occasionally tossing around so each side gets evenly cooked.

Add butter and toss potatoes and place back into oven for another 10 minutes.
