If doing Tofu:
grate tofu with a cheese grater
add seasoning and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
saute onion in frying pan, add tofu and bbq sauce

If doing Jackfruit (note Jackfruit is shit for protein)
drain jackfruit, pull apart with forks
saute onions, add jackfruit, season, add bbq sauce

Put that shit on a bun of your choice and add coleslaw. Maybe I'll add a coleslaw recipe, IDK

Notes

Jackfruit is sauted in a pan with onions
tofu is baked in the oven - can add sauted onions to it after its baked
