Melt butter in frying pan over med heat.

Beat egg, add salt and pepper to taste. Add to frying pan. Add the hash brown patties side by side on top of egg Salt the top of the patties. Cook until egg is done.

Flip, fold in sides of eggs on top of patties. Cook hash brown patties until golden and crispy on the outside.

Add two slices of cheese on top of one patty and bacon strips on top of other patty.

Fold in half so that each patty is on the outside, like a sandwich. Cut into half and serve.
